Disciplines: Hike, Bike, Paddle, Navigation, Ropes
Team Format - Official Mixed 4′s only
Entry : Not more than R2000 per team
Required Proficiencies : Paddling -must have Flat water prof.(contact your local AR club)
River Proficiency would be encouraged/advantagous but not essential .(contact your local AR club)
Ropes Skills would be a good idea but not required..(contact your local AR club)
